| Roland Springgate has had more than 25 years experience in treating rheumatic conditions. A graduate of the University of Missouri Medical School, Dr. Springgate completed an Internal Medicine residency at Wayne County General Hospital and Rheumatological training at the Rackham Arthritis Unit at the University of Michigan. Board-certified in Internal Medicine and a Fellow of the American Rheumatism Association, he is an associate clinical professor in Internal Medicine at Michigan State University's Multipurpose Arthritis Center. In addition, he is a member and past president of the Michigan Rheumatism Association, member of the American College of Rheumatology, the Kalamazoo Academy of Medicine and the Michigan State Medical Society. He has lectured at multiple medical conferences and at several universities. He previously served as medical director of education and chief of staff at Borgess Medical Center. |
